CLAIM NUMBER: 0533839**-** SAFECO LIBERTY MUTUAL The picture is of my car in the parking lot where I drove it to and left it .. the others are of it after it was at the shop!

Heres a rundown on whats going on with my vehicle that was damaged on May 3, 2023. Ive been getting the runaround from people who do not do their job correctly and could be careless about who it costs. I did not get involved with choosing the shop to send my vehicle to. It was all the insurance companies doing.

Geraldine Ferguson was the original adjuster - so on May 4th it went to Hudsons collision center. the vehicle set there for 2 weeks before and agent reached out the shop to find out that they couldnt do what needed to be done and recommended it be brought to Mike Smith BMW it was put on the rack and looked over with pictures and videos taken, the estimate was written and turned into Kimberly McCabe, and she rejected a bunch of parts because they were OEM BMW parts. The price difference was $1,300, my vehicle set in that shop for 19 days blocking a bay because one wheel was off and couldnt be moved. since Kimberly wouldnt try to work something out with me and let the BMW shop fix it Mike smith BMW charged a storage fee of $1,000.

If Kimberly wouldve worked something out, they wouldnt have had charge a storage fee .so instead of working something out they paid the $1,000 and moved it to another shop Philpott which is known for shady business! To top it off Kimberlys boss took it upon himself to call Philpott Collision and supposedly worked out a deal for them to fix the vehicle for a cheaper price using knock off aftermarket parts! Ive never heard of anything like that before! Then once Philpott Collision went and picked up the vehicle (which was on a Thursday) they left behind parts that removed to do some of the inspection, on Friday the estimator there was rushing to go out of town, and they submitted a supplement on parts they didnt pick up and things that they are.

claiming that needs to be replaced now that didnt before they received the vehicle.

Now that seems a little strange that Kimberlys boss decided to go out of his way to find a shop and then they wrote a false report to make the car totaled! My vehicle has been in the shop for 85 days. that truly unbelievable! Not what I would have expected from any insurance company, much less one that I pay $316 a month for Liberty Mutual and Safeco!

Geraldine Ferguson never contacted me to inform me that a supplement was submitted, and or discuss the issue. And obviously she didnt read and compare the two estimates. Then two weeks later I was contacted by Dominque Gooden, my total loss claims adjuster and obviously she didnt take the time to read and compare the estimates. My question is does anyone do their job anymore?

What are we paying these people for? FYI Mike Smith inspected my vehicle completely, I was there when the car was on the rack looking at the damage, Im about to get an attorney and come after you the insurance company for the way this claim has been handled and a few other items and Philpott for writing a false report / causing damage to the vehicle to make the supplement to begin with. Ive never in my life had this many issues with an insurance company. let alone one that Ive been paying $316 a month for!!

Like everyone else, we got our *** handed to us at renewal, even as claim free. When reviewing our policy our rep asked if any of us took any kind of driver safety courses. No, but we can. She advised me to have us do that and would each qualify for a discount. After $75, 6 hours each, the 3 of us completed the course, only to be told by the next rep that in Texas, that is only good if you are aged 55 and up! So, only one of us qualified!

Would not issue a quote

This company had two other individuals under my name, one of which is not associated with me at all. I was not given a quote and no reason why (on line).

I called 1/18/23 customer service spoke with Elizabeth who also could not give a quote nor a real reason why. She wanted to refer me to other companies. When asked why I could not get a quote since I have no claims, never any tickets and good credit rating. I was told it was probably the area I was in.

So I thought red lining was against the law. After reading some of the reviews, I think they did me a favor but I still want to know why I was turned down for a simple quote.

My daughter, Jennifer Moses, lived in a an apartment in Pittsburgh until February of 2022. I had renters insurance w your company: I began trying to explain to anyone who would listen that I should no longer be charged.

I was told that my daughter had to call. She did. Neither of us made any progress with your agents. I called several times, to no avail.

As of today Im still being charged and payment is auto drafted. I am going to talk to my bank but your company owes me for the months she did not live there. I am positive that once I noticed the charges I contacted your company.

Its been horribly frustrating. I called again today and was told that they cannot find a policy for me or my daughter.

In my opinion, customer service at this company has gone from great to awful in the last decade. The most recent twist is that when you call the customer service number on your liberty mutual policy document, you are greeted by a genie with sloppy diction from "Comparion insurance." Then the genie proceeds to pull up your defunct policies from 15 years ago, instead of pulling up the policies you now have in force.

There is an option to reach an agent, but no agent picks up after an hour on hold. Nor do they return your calls when you leave VM. Only by calling a customer service number NOT on your documents can you reach an agent if you need to change or correct a policy or have questions. I believe their rates are among the highest in the industry.

This used to be worth it for customer service responsiveness. Now there is basically zero customer service.

And in my opinion, it is hard to know if your expensive policies with LibMutual, now dubbed MysteryMutual by the pundits, even exist anymore, since the genie seems to have been programmed with addresses from 10 years ago. Good luck if you were to need to file a claim.

Terrible customer service

I recently had a towing charge. When I filed the claim and received the refund I was only afforded 50.00. When I called to remedy this I was met with a snotty rude agent!! If you are going to have such a ridiculous refund amount it should be incumbent upon you people to disclose! I am FURIOUS!!!.no

Need to change my address & can't! Been on hold 2.5+ hours now!

I'm a current customer & recently moved out of state. I've tried calling customer service as well as a number given to me on the app when I tried to change my address there, which I'm currently still on hold with now. So far today I've spent a total of more than 2.5 HOURS ON HOLD & I still haven't gotten an answer! This is absolutely ridiculous! All I want to do is change my address.
