I am painting a womans house and apartment, we had a storm where wind gust blew shingles off the apartment and water ran into the ceiling and it fell. It broke out 2 windows and destroyed an air conditioner. The soffit was ripped off of a corner and the sattelite dish was lying 15 feet away. I have no complaint about their coverage but their Customer service department needs an overhaul with a quickness!!!! They will be the reason liberty mutual goes under! They are ignorant, misinform customers, rude, lie and just plain don't care! Lucky I can't reach thru the phone and choke them out! Why don't the top dogs do something about it?? Because they don't give a F**k

I called and cancelled with them 3 weeks before the policy was to be renewed. I then get an email saying I still owe them $26 because I didn't formally speak with the right department. That is plain wrong I will never go with them again. They are cheap when you first go with them, but then they raise rates a yr later, and make it very difficult to get out. Lazy They dont care if you get a check to pay bilks or not they never call you back worst follow thru ever I would recommend this company to anyone

My wife was hit by a Liberty Mutual policy holder. The driver turned right and jumped into the other lane and hit the side of her car. Two months of fighting with them and they won't pay more than 95%. Why should I foot part of the bill when their driver caused the accident? They initially wanted to deny the claim completely. Please don't ever buy this insurance, having a very very bad customer experience. My car had a collision by a liberty mutual policy holder as that driver was not looking at the road and in fact looking down.In spite of we honking the liberty mutual driver collided head on with my car as he ended driving on the left side of the road instead of staying on the right side. Horrible experience. I dont even know where to start. Im fed up with the rude claims representative. Shes unprofessional and im paying for her mistake. I took her 3 days to approve a supplemental claim but then told me I needed to return my rental car. I explained to her.. Everything is okay until you have a claim, both Libery Mutual and Safeco know the program and are pros at making sure they will *** you at payout time, very tired of their claims and no or poor Customer Care, they actually use those words, Customer Care, really, seriously?
